Employee satisfaction is very important to us, and it is troubling to hear your perception of your managers and fellow team members at West. As a global company, we pride ourselves on the multi-culture and diversity that makes up our employee base. In our Dublin facility, our employees represent a variety of nationalities, with the greatest number of representation being Irish, but also a number of Polish representation as well as a smaller number of Slovakian and Lithuanian representation, among others. We hire for positions based on experience and the skillsets required for the job, not based on the nationality of the individual. Although there are a variety of languages spoken by our employees, English is the official language spoken at the site. We know that diversity in people not only creates a more positive work experience, but also provides a greater diversity in ideas, which supports our commitment to innovation in the products and services we provide our customers, and ultimately the patients that we serve.
