Pros

I believe everyone truly has the best intentions in everything we do. I believe we have a strong team that is willing to help one another out. There is also a very different set of skills that everyone pocesses that helps make our group dynaimic and impactful. As for day to day work I can't thank WestPac enough for providing resources to support staff who we can reach out to for answering questions, in particular the addition of direct support for PAS questions, this creates a better experience for our clients for sure!

Cons

I know in the training materials on WPW there is a contact list of who to contact when, I think this gets lost for us down the road who have one off questions and aren't sure wehre to go.

Pros

The resources offered to advisors is second to no one in this industry. We have good trainings from elites in the industry who we can use as resources.

Cons

WestPac has the most modern and streamlined process and philosphy packaged together. The only complaint I have with WestPac is the CRM smart office is anethma to the value that we as reps are providing to clients. It shouldn't be this counter intuitive, clunky, or have such a steep learning curve to move clients through the process...

Pros

Hands down, this is the best company I’ve ever worked for. WestPac’s constant focus on innovation and improvement is something you feel every single day. The culture reminds me of a high-performing sports team - built on collaboration, hustle, and grit. The level of training and process they provide is exceptional, and if you follow leadership guidance and put in the work, your odds of succeeding in this industry increase dramatically. One concern I had coming in was the insurance side of the business. That concern was quickly put to rest. It became very clear early on through training that insurance is simply one tool in the toolkit. Across the board, advisors and leaders here only implement insurance solutions when they genuinely make financial sense for the client, never as a forced recommendation.

Cons

This industry is not for the faint of heart. If you are a new advisor be prepared to make short term sacrifice for long term gratification. Your future self will thank you!
