Massive company with plenty of opportunities to move around and grow your career. Their is a culture of personal growth and attention on employee satisfaction and engagement. Leadership has a clear vision and strategy. Works hard to ensure everyone has an opportunity to understand it if they're willing to put forth the effort to listen. CEO is very down to earth and loves talking with employees from all parts of the business and genuinely listens to their feedback. Big focus on continuous improvement and growth. Cons
Again, massive company with a lot of moving pieces. Sometimes takes a long time to get things done. A lot of people get involved in every project. Can get hectic and frustrating. Large divide between corporate office employees and plant/mill employees. They live in separate worlds.
