Pros

Not a good place to work, one thing I say they were honest about, was they don't sugar coat s---. The pay is wack, they tell you, over the phone, you'll make 1200 weekly that's a lie. The most I grossed was 800... Tarp pay is $15 and all we Carrie is lumber tarps... And I been here for a year.. I got 3 years driving experience...There very unprofessional here, they push you to run illegal to make early delivery... I got hurt in the job last week, they wanted me to travel from north east Ohio to Nashville for treatment. I was already home and I said screw that and went to the hospital. I then followed up with workers comp. I Stayed home the rest of the week... They was so mad calling, cussing me out. And called me a horrible driver... Then they fired me today.... 02 -25-15. Every driver says these exact words, this is the worse company I ever drove for. Even swift is better then these retards ...

Cons

There real bad about getting you home. It's like they try to pick your home time. And when you do go home its gonna be on a weekend no week days nothing!!!!

Pros

Greetings.., My tenured at Western Express began Jan 2024. Throughout my stationary period with the company, I’ve had the honor and privilege to work with agent Ken Brooks. Ken and myself have not always witnessed or observed the same portrait at times. However, like every relationship, there will be disagreements. Nonetheless, Ken has served as the head-coach and myself the point-guard. Similar to many coaches and athlete duo. Ken is knowledgeable, reliable and sharp thinking, as his intuitive nature pours success. He not only wants you to thrive and be successful, he is position-less in one’s ability to be successful. This is accomplished by providing routes, formative feedback and suggestions to maximize your time and money. Despite his motion for team and honors. He is easy to communicate and has often replied to questions while on his break. Not everyone has that property trait, particular quality, skill, or attribute. Through my lens, Ken has put his best foot forward and continues aid, guidance and do what is best for the individual (myself).

Cons

If I needed to add a con, it would be better transparency. Nonetheless, Ken has shown, he is willing and able to build on this con. He has strengthen his communicational traits.
