to me personally none.not even the trucks nor the distpach .and even less the manager.

i went work for them because they promess me to earn 1000.00 dollar a week plus 1000.00 bonus.i never saw it .i did put the miles but for some reason they split them in two so i got pay 600. a week my DM told me he had no idea why i was getting pay just that and that it no more help from him .also i ask to go home he told me not a problem and i got to my home state to make a delivery i was one hour away from my house i thought after my del i was going home but no he book me a load so i can have on my truck to deliver after my hometime that was not the problem i had 5 hours left on my driving time the load he booked was 4 hours away i actually pass by my house on my way to get that load when i got therei had to wait 4 extra hours to get loaded i did not got pay an extra cent run out of hours call distpach for conveyance time to get to a truck stop for the nigth and i got no answer .then he was giving me one load of 1000miles and the rest nothing but 300 miles here 400 there just a waste of time .over all thats the reason they have hundreds of drivers going in daily to orientation they treat you like if you just got your cdl and dont know nothing about driving my dm went so far to the point of tell me that if i knew of a job that pays more than 600 driving to tell him it got me mad cause i was drivig a dump truck and making from 900.00 to thousand a week and every day home .
