Uff ! Let's start with the pay ( is not so great and they lie about your payment ) like for instance after 30 days they will give you a raise didn't happen ... The trucks are not taken care well at all... And when you take them to get fix it comes out worse... Let's talk about miles they will hold you down under 1400 like that you will get paid the Lowe's price and they will give you only 3 loads a week... Another thing is that even if you are a good driver (men's get the worst trucks) woman's they will give them the new trucks... Also my truck have so many problems that I have listed on the tablet and what is the word ... We are going to send you here to fix it but no down payment no fixing the problems .... DMs are like I will get you a load .... Yes for 2 days later and where your time goes to siht ... And you can't do that load so you need to be at the shipper or a truck stop to reset but they said time management... Time management start in the office... I'm well orientated with time management...ASAP they other company call me I'm out ... Oh I almost forgot to mention Don't pay them the 2,000 of training because you don't went to school for them...
