This is a job where you are expected to work monday-sunday but you get paid like your working part time at an internship in college. Those few that do well are people who have been with the company since COVID peaked and prices skyrocketed and no one wanted to touch sub prime with that much risk. Anyone who joins Western Funding now will be lucky to get a dealer that's productive enough for you to make enough to pay for groceries. The territorys are ran through and there are reps from different areas handling business in your area unassigned dealers or unprotected dealers are a free for all to the whole company. These are only a few reasons as to why the turnover is so high. They won Nevada best place to work but believe me when I say that only applies to the office in Nevada. I would not recommend this company as a career for anyone because that ship has sailed considering the territorys are all ran through and dealerships that actually produce are all taken and most franchise dealers want nothing to do with them. I would not recommend working here to anyone with experience
