Pros

You can own your position, and make it as big as you like (within reason).

Cons

It's a boy's club, but I haven't seen any disparate treatment of women, so it's not bad.

Pros

Westfalia is certainly a hidden gem in York. I moved to the area to be close to family and the flexibility and culture here just can't be beat. Never been with a company who actually cared about an employee's family or life the way Westfalia does. Proud to be a part of this team.

Cons

Training and documentation for new hires could be improved in the department. The HR team was out of this world with super clear onboarding and checking in with me.
