Westfalia is a very employee-friendly company to work for. The benefits you receive as a Westfalia employee along with a more-than-fair salary is hard to beat or even compare to other companies in the York, PA area. Upper management is also willing to help you out when first starting and will provide the tools necessary so one can thrive at their position within the company.

Cons

Communication throughout the various departments could be improved.

Westfalia is certainly a hidden gem in York. I moved to the area to be close to family and the flexibility and culture here just can't be beat. Never been with a company who actually cared about an employee's family or life the way Westfalia does. Proud to be a part of this team.

Cons

Training and documentation for new hires could be improved in the department. The HR team was out of this world with super clear onboarding and checking in with me.
