I've worked many years for many different companies, both large and small. The Westfalia team is as good as it gets when it comes to friendly and intelligent people willing to support each other and our customers. It's fulfilling to wake-up each day knowing I'm going to work with this group.

Cons

Westfalia is certainly a hidden gem in York. I moved to the area to be close to family and the flexibility and culture here just can't be beat. Never been with a company who actually cared about an employee's family or life the way Westfalia does. Proud to be a part of this team.

Cons

Training and documentation for new hires could be improved in the department. The HR team was out of this world with super clear onboarding and checking in with me.
