Pros

Owner has an adaptive and caring attitude for every one that works here, bottom to the top. It makes middle management a bit easier to handle when you have support from the top and the employees are listened to. Employees are able to raise concerns. True character is shown when times are tough yet employee impact is still the top concern.

Cons

It's not perfect, like any company - but the company shows that it listens when it makes a misstep.

Pros

Westfalia is certainly a hidden gem in York. I moved to the area to be close to family and the flexibility and culture here just can't be beat. Never been with a company who actually cared about an employee's family or life the way Westfalia does. Proud to be a part of this team.

Cons

Training and documentation for new hires could be improved in the department. The HR team was out of this world with super clear onboarding and checking in with me.
