I was hired at the height of COVID and was pleasantly surprised by how engaged everyone was during my onboarding. The girls in HR helped me a lot and the guys in my group touched base with me daily to make sure I was getting into the groove of things. Great benefits and flexibility. I even got a gift when I started just because.

Cons

You have to put in a help ticket for a lot of things which gets confusing. There are hardly any females here lol

Pros

Westfalia is certainly a hidden gem in York. I moved to the area to be close to family and the flexibility and culture here just can't be beat. Never been with a company who actually cared about an employee's family or life the way Westfalia does. Proud to be a part of this team.

Cons

Training and documentation for new hires could be improved in the department. The HR team was out of this world with super clear onboarding and checking in with me.
