Pros
When I first started working here I enjoyed going to work everyday. The culture of the office was great, there were exciting projects to work on, and everyone had wonderful things to say about Weston. There were plenty of new opportunities to learn and grow and I felt that they hired me at a very reasonable salary.
Cons
Within the past two years things have continually become worse. Since the company is in financial trouble, management is making decisions to improve the situation, but at the expense of their employees. Morale is extremely low and almost every single employee is looking for a different opportunity and dislikes coming to work everyday. Due to layoffs, employees have been expected to take on increasing amounts of responsibility, with absolutely no raises or incentives. They recently switched to a different management structure where employees no longer have a local supervisor, they are managed by someone out of state who doesn't even know them. It leaves the employee feeling like no one cares and gives them no one to go to when they need help. Additionally, because they have managed to run away all their best employees, they are hiring people who are very low performers, which is extremely frustrating for the few people who are still there. All of the great employees are completely overworked and under recognized and over the time I worked there my pay increased only a small fraction.
