Westover Companies always looks for ways to improve workflow and efficiency for properties including management software upgrades. There is a great sense of company pride and team work. They participate in the local apartment associations and often win awards for their communities. There are many in the company that have worked here many, many years.
Cons
Lunch break is only 30 minutes, but you do get two 15 minute breaks. 401K eligibility is after one year of employment. No commission for leases gained.
