This company is a family-owned and operated company that notices every single effort it takes to make this company great. The Westover Companies is a place where you know the owners by name and they know yours! In my experience, everyone here wants to see you be comfortable and succeed in whatever level you aspire to be on. I've worked with the Westover Companies for approximately three years! I've lived at one of their properties in the community for approximately 4 years! The integrity, fairness and genuine warm customer service had me marching into one of the leasing offices and asking about how I can apply for a career here. As a resident, I was not treated as a number or a profit and as an employee, I've been made to feel valuable on every level of my career here. I started my career in the leasing office as a part-time employee. I then move up to assistant manager and now just shy of a year, I've been promoted to work as a property coordinator on the account receivable team. In the brief time that I've been here, I've been committed to learning what I can and walking into any opportunity that would be allotted to me. I've been given resources and training to help me grow and excel in the company. You will not be forgotten or taken for granted here. Truly, if you put your mind to it, you can achieve anything.
