Pros
they give you free insurance and the company events are neat.
Cons
-the apartments are all bad quality. -low pay compared to other companies -poor management -little to no communication with corporate -the free insurance is awful -It is rare if an employee is ever actually recognized or appreciated; unless you’re friends with one of the corporate people or regional managers. -During the interview they will tell you “there is so much room for advancement” I worked there for years. Never once did I see someone get promoted. I saw people get demoted, and outside hires were brought in... -I’ve seen an instance of a regional manager recklessly driving a marked company vehicle, micro-managing a couple of the offices so much that I don’t know how they haven’t snapped, takes credit for other peoples hard work and good ideas, makes very obvious empty promises to employees, blatantly lies constantly, and that regional manager still works for the company. But, has people being let go left and right (not covid related) and has people quitting often... In short, Westover is a good resume builder. Get in, get your experience and run away.
