Great learning experience. I met some lifelong friends there who were residents I leased apartments to.
Cons
If you show up 5 minutes late you get guilt tripped and threatened by write ups by those working with you instead of being met with compassion and understanding. Ive worked at places the complete opposite where the people base work off of KPIs and are down to earth and human so that was foreign to me. I sort of felt like the guy with the glasses from the movie office space while working there. Big brother is always watching. Pay is not enough to live unless you want to scrape by every month and not have enough to save, invest, have fun, and live a decent life.
