You won’t really be acknowledged for going above and beyond, sticking to rules and policies for tenants is key but management won’t have your back when they complain—watch for angry tenants and be prepared to call police if you need help. Pay is not greatest and if you are healing from a surgery no one cares so send the doctors note to HR not management. Property managers should have first dibs on at least 1 weekend off a month!

It's great to work at a company that cares about its team members. Challenges come up daily and are resolved as a team working together in the best interest of the company and our customers. Hard work is rewarded, and the company is stable and growing (in business for 40 years). The company has established Core Values that are considered with every decision. The most charitable company I have ever worked for with thousands of dollars raised for charity every month.
Cons
Not for everyone, You must be driven performer that enjoys working through challenges with a team.

I cannot think of any pros. They are so fake. They try to promote good branding for the company and post 5 stars (probably from their HR or friends) but if you scroll down, you will see all the negative reviews and this is the reality. Sad to say, this is not a good company to work for.
Cons
Upper Management do not really know how to manage people. They fired someone and then speak negatively about them and gossip. The other reviews written below are true. This 3.5 rating is a wash to pretend that they are okay. Please read the Glassdoor reviews about this company. There is a reason why this is there. First of all, it is so rude not to answer a teams message. This is just so unprofessional. Second, they promise you one thing, and they do another. No integrity. This is a so so company. RUN do not accept their offer because they will stab you in the back. Also, higher management is not impressive. This is not the army. This is not based on tenure. There should be more professional and knowledgeable people. I am not impressed. Bad company to work for.
