      Good work life balance, fair compensation and benefits, lot of long-term knowledgeable employees. Beautiful campus and grounds., diversified business portfolio. Real emphasis on safety.

      Cons

      Management disconnected from employee base, takes very long to get tasks completed due to protracted consensus building and changning priorities.
