Spec Pro, I don't think so... - Tech Service Representative (In-Plant) Weyerhaeuser Employee Review

Pros

The pay is okay and no one is held accountable for anything. This makes for an environment where opportunities won't present themselves, but if you don't mind just putting in 40 hours a week and not having to think about work when you are at home, it is not that bad.

Cons

Zero opportunity for advancement due to the small nature of the company.

Pros

Good leadership, safety culture, flexibility, great pay, and career growth.

Cons

I really don’t have anything bad to say about my company. Weyerhaeuser has been a great place to work.

Pros

Good benefits and generous retirement.

Cons

Little to no training for the actual job, unorganized, outdated, and poorly written reference materials, and unprofessional senior staff that treated training opportunities as excuses to find fault
