Great product, terrible leadership, no vision - General Manager Wheels Labs Employee Review

Leadership at wheels is among some of the worst I've ever experienced - the founders have no real vision and this makes any roadmap virtually worthless with priorities changing at their every whim. Communication at the top doesn't happen, which makes working on anything extremely disjointed and ruins morale. The work culture at wheels was also non-existent and their technique for managing this was to just constantly recognize it but never actually do anything about it.
