Pros

-You'll do new things everyday, and team members are encouraged to think beyond their position and provide feedback or ideas. -Our new CEO and leadership team have placed an emphasis on building a strong company culture, with managers focused on building teams and promoting from within. For example, each team has monthly lunches, and we celebrate individual and team wins at our regular all-hands meetings. We have multiple employee resource groups, such as Wheels Pride supporting LGBTQIA+ team members and BELIEVE, supporting African American team members. -We're building something new, with a unique micromobility product that is providing business growth opportunities beyond the traditional dockless shared model. -We're in growth mode, so we are launching new markets and business lines -- which means great opportunity for advancement. -We've focused on a collaborative, cooperative model with cities and partners. You'll have an opportunity to network with local stakeholders, businesses and community groups.

Cons

-It's fast-paced -- so be prepared to come up with new solutions on the fly. -Be prepared to pivot - this industry is new and evolving, -No job is too small - whether you're a manager or a specialist, everyone pitches in. Recently the entire corporate team pitched in on a new market launch, swapping batteries and putting devices in the field.

Pros

I would work with a team that would put in their effort. Mostly everyone got along with each other.

Cons

Unprofessional upper management, Having to worry if the manager would harass, intimidate, and retaliate against the staff. Even after numerous talks with HR about the problems, the manager would act like they were above and anyone could be replaced at the snap of their fingers.
