Very disappointing - Field Operations Supervisor Wheels Labs Employee Review

Execs expect employees to do the job of several others—a severe Lack of leadership in the workplace. Most of the company's positive reviews are fake and should be taken with a grain of salt. The same execs will try to push employees to the breaking point and intimidate them by threatening to terminate them. Execs also do not keep their end of the bargain nor are as transparent when it comes to rewards such as bonus incentives. Most of the time, the goals are unrealistic and the employees are added more work tasks but aren't given a raise or even a positive word of advice.
