      In no particular order: -Wheels Up has experienced considerable growth during my tenure -Excellent mentorship and career path (I've held three different roles) -Believe strongly in the management team -Amazing support from HR when needed -Have made more money each successive year -Company’s handled COVID very well as it pertains to employees, our offices, and our customers

      None - I continue to be impressed by the management team's commitment to everyone that makes up this great organization.

      Pros

      Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
