      Pros

      The pay is great- upgraded incentive pay and per diem will almost double the base salary. Great place to learn and build turbine time. Experienced captains that are willing to teach.

      Cons

      Hard flying with short legs. Operations and scheduling are a nightmare compared to other companies. Management only cares about the bottom line, not the pilots.

      Pros

      Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
