      Pros

      This company actually got your back during the rotation and everybody is willing to offer help. Crew members get each other's back. I never had any trouble get along with anybody during my work

      Cons

      The planes sometimes might have some mx issue but company is willing to send it to mx control and mx does a great job fixing them

      Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
