      Pros

      Great Training in a positive environment. Highly recommended if this is your first venture into the 135 environment. This company is filled with career pilots who love to fly and this is their retirement gig after the airlines, military, etc. A great opportunity to gleam from their experience. Set schedule is a plus with opportunities for overtime if you want it.

      Cons

      Management and logistics are in transition with a move and consolidation of certificates. Lots of change with some growing pains.

      Pros

      Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
