      Very even and professional executive team. A great business plan. A very high focus on client satisfaction. Great working environment where everyone is respected for who they are and the work they perform.

      Revenue. Just need to make more money.

      Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
