Pros
Consistent hours and great benefits are all a wonderful benefit to working at WPH. The hospital has also undertaken a major initiative to take care of the health of their employees. This includes healthy meal options, within the cafeteria, at very reasonable prices for employees.
Cons
Unfortunately, the culture here at WPH is not very accepting of new employees. Senior members use intimidation as a way of accomplishing a task. While one would expect teamwork to be present, there is much disunity among health professionals. Unless you are a physician, do not expect to be treated with much respect.
