Pros

Everything. This place is amazing. After working for another hospital for over 13 years I am so happy I left and cane to white plains hospital. It’s amazing.

Cons

I live over 60 miles away. Other then. That parking is annoying for fulltime employees. Pay is slightly lower then surrounding hospitals but as they keep growing I’m sure thy will change eventually and current employees will get raises I’m sure. Other than that nothing.

Great benefits & Vacation Time

Cons

Leadership & Human Resources does not support staff. Many have been with the establishment for 15+ years, it is horrible they do not support those that have been loyal to them. Especially when new people come on with a clear agenda to "clean house" to bring in their former employees. There was also no help when a new manager came in and loaded a supervisor with work, while they did not assist any staff.
