Pros
If you like working with them and spend your entire career with them, you'll have a great retirement. If at any point, you leave them before retirement age, you'll lose all their retirement benefits.
Cons
If you want to work 50-60 hours a week, weekends sometimes (salary so you're not compensated for anything over your base wage), under stressful conditions, over budget and past schedule, and not have a 401k match, then this job is for you! Think twice before committing to working full time with WT. They built their reputation years ago. They USED to be a great general contractor (GC), now they're an average construction manager (CM). Things are way too corporate now. Safety is so strict you can't get the job done. Your upper manager will breathe down your neck with every move you make. You get thrown into the wolves (which is a good way to learn) but you get chewed out for making a mistake. Honestly, I wish I had known better.
