Cons
-work life balance is never guaranteed in this industry. -if you’re young you get shafted with horrible hours and working weekends with no compensation. -the company culture is different in different regions of the US, some great people to work for and others that are terrible with people. -you have to travel cross country to make any real money. -low pay for the amount of stress you have to deal with. -too many trainings for field staff that take away precious time spent in the field where supervision needs to be at all times. -WT expects all employees to individually accomplish the work load equivalent to a team of 5 people. -burnout comes quick if you’re on a $100mil+ job. -trial by fire mind set -company is growing too fast
