Had an opportunity to experience and see many aspects of pre-construction process and the development of ongoing projects. Was treated with respect, they were very understanding that I was just an intern regarding the knowledge I was expected to have. The company has great leadership scattered between the different offices. The pay can be really good if you are a top performer, which just is through effort and giving your all to the job. It's a company that I was able to believe and follow the leadership and have lasting mentorships spanning a decade even after leaving. It is a company that I saw adapt and change over my time there. The changes were always an effort to make it better for the employee while maintaining a profitable business. I saw them listen to complaints and desires of employees and bring changes into action. It is a large company, so things take time, but I first hand saw changes. Also, if you talk about your long term life goals, have patience, are a good employee, they will help you reach your goals. Health care benefits are great too.
