Pros

Not many but snacks readily available

Cons

They just push work done to Senior and they don't train, they don't care. I put in 70 hours in one week on a job and when you calculate your hourly rate its horrible. They use a lot of Big 4 tactics to try to wear you out and will just replace you with another body. Resources are ok and clients are horrible. If you do try to leave, after reaching manager, to one of their clients they audit, the companies are not good. Partner's yell at managers, managers yell at Senior's, and Senior's yell at staff and interns. Its a vicious cycle that starts at the top and that is why turnover is so high there. No management skills, upper managers are lazy, and no talent development. They can get away with it because they try to promote work/life balance like smaller firm but its not that way at all and they now they can just replace you. Why deal with Big 4 problems at this firm with no Big 4 benefits. Not worth it.

Pros

Nice office and kind people overall

Cons

Hours can be long but not unmanageable. Pay is on the lower side but that depends on the role. Worked in the Transaction Advisory Department and the Partner in charge targets people and brags about how many people he was responsible for getting fired.
