The firm’s open door policy is real – you will have access to Partners and senior leadership. Billable hours are reasonable and there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy time off. Your co-workers are great and you’ll learn a ton.

There is certainly flexibility, but during busy season you will need to put the work in.
