Pros

Great place to cut your teeth as an associate/preparer. Lots of return variety, in type, industry and scale. Good level of firm activities and social engagement, relatively relaxed atmosphere. Seem to offer market competitive benefits and compensation.

Cons

Intense hours in busy season, expectations will average 55-65 hours a week during busy season, but you may work more than that. Expected to be in office- no official hybrid or WFH scheduling, it is all discretionary. Poor work-life balance. Lots of favoritism and office politics. Moderate turnover. Unclear standards between books of business. Management is unforgiving of mistakes, despite offering little training.

Pros

Really fun and great place to work. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Highly recommend !!

Cons

None, they buy lunch every week - may be a con if you don’t like what was ordered.

Pros

Nice office and kind people overall

Cons

Hours can be long but not unmanageable. Pay is on the lower side but that depends on the role. Worked in the Transaction Advisory Department and the Partner in charge targets people and brags about how many people he was responsible for getting fired.
