      Branch management is horrible at smaller branches. If you know someone you get hired regardless of whether that person is the best choice for the position.

      The headwinds in the Ag Sector are putting pressures on the whole retail segment. Wilbur-Ellis is having to make difficult decision to evolve therefore, employees are feeling the pressures.
