      Employees are not valued within the company. There is no succession plan. Wilbur Ellis does not invest in employee growth. There is a process which no one follows to the detriment of the company.

      The headwinds in the Ag Sector are putting pressures on the whole retail segment. Wilbur-Ellis is having to make difficult decision to evolve therefore, employees are feeling the pressures.
