      Wilbur used to be a great company. Management is currently killing it.

      Disconnected management. Company views it's operations team as a cost instead of an asset. They cut and cut at the cost and waist money on management.

      The headwinds in the Ag Sector are putting pressures on the whole retail segment. Wilbur-Ellis is having to make difficult decision to evolve therefore, employees are feeling the pressures.
