great employee discount, okay benefits, free parking, free uniform, casual dress, chill culture, clear contract, open-door management, good cleanliness

Cons

Often understaffed, doesn't pay managers enough, incomplete employee training leaves me with more questions than answers, steep learning curve. Since COVID, they started doing half-hour lunches, which is really not enough time.

They genuinely care about the people who work, from your manager to CEO, they are people first in many ways compared to other companies. You are cared about as a human. Also, great benefits compared to other retail jobs!

Cons

Pay is about average, but benefits are decent- PTO and great 401k

Can't think of any pros.

Cons

Will work you non stop with no coverage in the warehouse. Warehouse pay is extremely low for what you're having to do. Non stop scheduling issues. Even if you work your tail off, you won't get any benefits from it. Or pay raises like was promised. It'll be excuse after excuse.
