The do not value their employees. I was told by an upper level manager that if I didn't like working in my current position at WES that I "should be thankful for this job because there are a ton of people looking for work right now who could easily replace [me]." Implying that WES can treat their employees however they want because it's an employer's market right now and even the most tenured of employees are replaceable.
