Pros
I cannot think of any right now.
Cons
It is truly unfortunate how upper management and the CEO are so concerned with filling their own pockets, that they treat us so terrible. I never. And I genuinely mean never hear anything positive about the work I do. Everything is harsh, mean and negative and I have only been working here a few months. You don't get a chance to catch your bearings, you need to come in and immediately perform, or you are out. I work at a branch that has a very competitive market, but we do not price competitively. I understand explaining to everyone that we are the best, but not only is that not true, but people are pinching pennies right now. It is a recession! Price to market! You will lose great salesmen and cycle through a mess of unqualified people rather than just take care of the people who know what they are doing. It really is sad because there is so much potential but upper management is too busy spending way too much money on people to monitor what we do with our day, rather than investing in the people who make them money. Your company is going under because what you are doing is not good! Look at the results and make adjustments! I don't know why that is so hard to understand but I know I will be losing my job soon. And if you have read this far, I warn against working here. They only want yes men who will always "go above and beyond" and really "put work first"... If you value a good work life balance, do not even consider this place an option.
