Pros
Compensation is competitive. Company is focused on growth in the right markets and industries. Has large contracts with major players in energy efficiency.
Cons
The c-suite is a "band of brothers" who value loyalty over merit. They're insular, heavy-handed, lack self-awareness, show little ability to adapt to change, and lack the industry knowledge to develop and implement a clear vision or brand for the company. Lots of ego, little accountability. Financial control over contracts is weak. Operations are a total mess - lots of "duct tape and chewing gum" systems in place. HR is virtually nonexistent. Women and minorities are underrepresented.
