      Pros

      They like hiring with little to no experience, giving opportunity to get into oil/gas industry.

      Cons

      Do not pay competitively. Management is completely disassociated from it's field employees. High turn over rate to lack of compensation, terrible management.

      Largest Midstream Pipeline company in USA and growing. Delivers 1/3 of the NGLs in the USA.

      Cons

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
