      Awesome program that provides great insight to different functional areas of certain business units. PDP able to map their own journey and explore roles from finance to safety to operations and beyond.

      No remote work options, otherwise I'd come back instantly!

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
