      Pros

      Professional environment. The Houston office had a very low turnover because of great management and working conditions. Tele-commuting allowed better work/life balance.

      Cons

      Some teams were led by off-site management. In theory this works better than in practice.

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
