      Pros

      Wonderful work life balance, I very much enjoy working here at Williams. Compensation seems to be on the low side but they are working to benchmark and mirror the industry.

      Cons

      Processes are still being developed, so its sometimes hard to navigate the system. Its a fairly flat organization and therefore promotions seems to be pretty few and far in between.

      Largest Midstream Pipeline company in USA and growing. Delivers 1/3 of the NGLs in the USA.

      Cons

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
