      Pros

      Williams is extremely family oriented and genuinely cares about their employees. They under stand life happens and that their employees have a life outside of their jobs.

      Cons

      There are no permanent virtual positions available, which is a major downside in the world we live in today.

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
