Pros
Always plenty of OT if that's what you want. Good amount of vacation time. Great co workers.
Cons
Pay isn't up to par with industry standards but it also greatly depends on who your supervisor is and where you are located. Morale wasn't that high when I was there. Bonuses aren't that great. Have to go through more hoops to do your job and they are constantly looking to add more or change a policy
