      Pros

      The work is meaningful, impactful, and the people are great to work with. Gym membership is supplemented. Better than average 401k, stock purchase program, standard healthcare.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low.

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
